how BIG around is mama z game?

this is a game most of the women will recognize.

nancpop and i have hosted a couple of coed baby showers and if you ever have the opportunity - DO THAT! i don't believe i've ever seen so many men have such a good time - honestly!

take a piece of string or yarn and get belly to belly with your schweetie; if you don't have a schweetie use one of your kidz or a neighbor up the street - hey they need a hug anyway - put the string around you both - cut off the excess or add a few inches. and report back here the inches or FEET.

madzionist duty here will be to e-mail me the belly measurement of mama z and i will let y'all know who's closest and wins this game.

Dear Lord, please let it be elbro - maybe he'll forget about the door...

When my sister was pregnant with her first child, she barely even showed until her 8th month. If I were to ever become pregnant, I would probably be the size of a house.

she must be tall, zelda - we tall women do have the edge during pregnancy.

i didn't show until my seventh month with my second and that's when i told everyone at work - they had no idea!

My hubby just left for work and won't be back until late tonight because he's also moonlighting. If I'm still awake when he gets home, we'll measure.

What happens when she gets the checkbook?

The Merry Widow said...

EB-:shudder: Apparently she may not know about proper order in a family. The only reason I carried it when my late was around, was because he hated writting checks! He said it was because I had better handwritting, but... Proper order in a marriage and family takes a lot of stress off everyone and facilitates teamwork! Trying to unindoctrinate my daughter at the moment, she has listened to some bossy women, who denigrate men and their role! After living in our house too, my late and I rarely had fights, we didn't need them!

i tried to give the checkbook to my husband ONE time - it was the cooked one - for some strange reason he never wanted to see it again! could have been the four figure fony deficit i put in the balance column!

Brooke said...

Yeah, the hubby always complains that I never let him see the checkbook, until I start rattling off the expenses... Then he shuts up until the next time I tell him he can't have a big toy. :P

My late believed that no large or medium purchase should be made unless we were both in agreement! So we both knew what was available and what was coming up. Of course he was 10 yrs. older than me! So he was a little more mature about "toys"! He knew they didn't make him happy!

i went out one time for a new bathing suit and traded my eddie bauer in on a spanking new car complete with payments. so i don't get to go bathing suit shopping anymore unaccompanied.

Ouch, I can understand the concern!
My extravagences were of the more modest type, books or music. Or food we really didn't need! hmhmhmhmhmhm!
