while perusing the merry widow blog this morning on her rick warren, purported drivel lies, post, i came across this most interesting statement within the link at moriel ministries:

"Can A Muslim Be A Good American?

Food for thought. Interesting questions for the Muslim Community to discuss.

Research for the rest of us.

Can a good Muslim be a good American?

I forwarded that question to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.

The following is his forwarded reply:

Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon God of Arabia.

Religiously - no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)

Scripturally - no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).

Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially - no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically - no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and Destruction of America, the great Satan.

Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34).

Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot coexist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually - no. Because when we declare "one nation under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names.

Therefore after much study and deliberation....perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both "good" Muslims and good Americans. Call it what you's still the truth.

You had better believe it.

If you find yourself intellectually in agreement with the above statements, perhaps you will share this with your friends. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future.

The religious war is bigger than we know or understand.

So, do you feel lucky today? Vote for a Muslim or Muslim sympathizer for Congress or President, where they will have access to issues of our national security and intelligence which they can then pass on to their Imam who will then funnel it to Islamic terrorists. What good will a wall across our entire border with Mexico do when we vote them into office."

this article is chock full of great links and information - kudos to tmw for sniffing this one out!

now, if you're here to find out just who's in charge - check the post below this one.

Don't worry all, Ducktard will soon be along to tell us how we are ignorant thumpers who are incapable of understanding the nuances of Islam!! That it is our own lack causing all the problems!!

good old plucktardo! is it a full moon?

The Merry Widow said...

No, it's actually past the full. Maybe he is lycanthropic? Or vampiric?
And if he refuses to believe someone who has lived in Saudi for over 20 yrs....he's all feathers!
Thank you, Nanc, you grabbed a good article! And I did read it.
I may specialize in End Times, Biblical and Constitutional issues. ay least I seem to lean that way!

i got the article from your post! now, quit being so shy...

your all feathers comment reminds me of when nancpop was but a boy - so he tells me - and he received his first bee-bee gun and went out target practicing. he shot a wren and proudly brought it back to his dad, who said, "CLEAN THAT BIRD!", to which nancpop said, "huh?" his dad said, "you killed it, you clean it, cook it and eat it." so by the time he got done plucking and cleaning it, he said all that was left was feet and a beak!

he learned a valuable lesson that day and set his sights on birds of a larger variety. supposedly california condor tastes just like chicken...

p.s. think i'll put a recipe up on pork felafels...

The Merry Widow said...

You mean falafel? That's mashed garbanzos!

The religious war is pretty simple.

All fundamentalists must be contained or destroyed. It's pretty clear.

You can't serve both America and the great float up.

Can John Hagee be a good American?
Hardline Pastor Gets Prime AIPAC Spot
Rev. John Hagee's appearance drawing criticism on eve of policy conference.
James D. Besser - Washington Correspondent

Growing ties between pro-Israel forces and a controversial, hardline "Christian Zionist" movement will move into the national spotlight at next week's policy conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the pro-Israel lobby.

One keynoter at the event, which annually draws hundreds of lawmakers, administration officials, diplomats and political hopefuls, will be Pastor John Hagee, founder of Christians United for Israel (CUFI), author of several books about biblical prophecy and an opponent of new territorial concessions to the Palestinians on biblical grounds.

Rev. Hagee, who will speak at a Sunday plenary, was also a leading backer of a controversial Christian broadcast venture in Israel that critics charge sought to convert Jews.

And a time when pro-Israel forces are being accused of beating the drums for war with Iran, Rev. Hagee seems to believe such a conflict is both inevitable and necessary. In his apocalypse-oriented book "Jerusalem Countdown," he predicted a nuclear showdown with Iran and said, "The end of the world as we know it is rapidly approaching ... rejoice and be exceedingly glad, the best is yet to be," according to a Wall Street Journal report posted on the CUFI Web site.

Last year, Rev. Hagee told the Jerusalem Post that "I would hope the United States would join Israel in a military pre-emptive strike to take out the nuclear capability of Iran for the salvation of Western civilization."

Wonder if those guys sitting around with the rats at Walter Reed are happy to sacrifice their bodies for Israel and the float up?

How well do you know fundies. Are the following true or false?

1. Pastor Melissa Soctt is a haughty daughter of the devil spewing vile lies and self promotion. She's a despicable and false teacher. Most of the novice
crap she preaches is taken right out of Gene Scott's messages or right off the internet!

2. She's HOT HOT HOT, don't mind become a Xtian for her %$#@*&...

3. She's not as hot as Katerina Hovorkova

4. I bet she rides an old Norton.

5. Pastor Scott is trying to carry on the work of her dead husband Dr Gene Scott of Stanford University and you crazies can only think of your man-heads! How typical and disgusting!

6. We at the International Church of Astrotheology are currently attempting to set up counterterrorist units in order to battle this fraud.

7. Pastor Scott should be made to wear a burqa, not a priest's collar.

8. Ever see Scott Ministries on TV? An hour of disecting bible translations in the Hebrew, Greek, Aramaic, etc. and saying nothing in the process. How the hell the show survives is living proof people will pay to see anything. What a sideshow.

plucky - you really shouldn't drink so early in the day and watch soap operas...

you're unfolding, man...

plucky-Is global warming sending you into a molt? Or did you take a shower and use a hair dryer, and blew your feathers the wrong way dry?

kuhnkat said...

Obviously PLUCKTARDICUS has no refutation of the presentation you made, therefor it is accurate and should be used as a basis to deport the vile vermin and refuse all future applications to immigrate or even VISIT!!!!

As for his own wild QUACKLING, I just don't know sometimes. He really has little connection to anything even the LEFTARDS consider REALITY!!!

No matter how you present it, Islam is what it is. If it looks like sh**, tastes like sh** and smells like sh**, you can be pretty sure it is sh**.

When a moonbat discusses religion it will inevitably end up in a diatribe about the danger of Christian conspiracies.

Heaven forbid if they ever give out anything more than lip service to the dangers of Islamist terrorism.

Anyways, thanks for the hat tip about Pastor Melissa Scott. I never heard of her before, but she is not bad lookin’. Her cathedral is awesome too. I saw the pictures on the website and I will have to visit. I’ll call ahead to make sure that she will be there when I arrive.

i'm glad someone knows what plucky's talkin' about!

Incapable to understand?
HUh? Oh yeah, I really don't understand why an Islamic Peaceful religious follower of the nuances of Islam blows themselves up.

What's wrong with that? Makes me want to be a follower!

Sounds about right in his assessments.

Congrats to EB!

Muslims in prison make good Americans--especially those with life without parole sentences. We tax payers also save a few bucks during Ramadan by not having to feed them during the day.

kuhnkat said...

During Ramadan at GITMO, sadly, they ate almost as much at NIGHT as they normally ate during the DAY!!!

Actually, this is NORMAL and CORRECT religion wise for them!! It is also why I never understood why it was such a BIG DEAL!! If you only fast and abstain during the DAY, and can do what you want at NIGHT...

It's all about the shiny exterior, and to hell with the seedy underbelly.

Wow, this sure was a good post. We should all add this to our favorites, and I'll tell you why: one day, you'll be arguing with a libtard, and they'll be all over you, citing you a bigot. Pull this one out and it's a good defense for us.

nanc said...

thank you to everyones' comments - sorry i haven't been as attentive as i usually am, but have had many irons in the fire.

hopefully, the dust will settle soon and all will be back to what i've come to know as normal.

nanc said...
