Yes, warren, I did a bit of research on that particular NYC grouping... like nanc says, it probably has a much higher natural IQ, only it spends so much time in a drug induced haze that it only seems like 60.

It's definitely Moonbat Season. Anybody know if there's a bag limit? I hear the IQ's on this summer's typical moonbat is runnin' in the low 80's.

I don't know about the average but the ones from the NYC area have been running in the mid 60s.
Someone told me that its merciful to take them down because the poor things can't feed themselves.
I heard tell of one from Brooklyn that actually bled to death from self-inflicted stab wounds to the face. (It was trying to feed itself with a fork.)
